I am appealing my permanent ban for "TNT spam," which occurred on the Creative server. I believe this was a false positive caused by another player’s actions and a server-side glitch.

Details of the Incident: I was not the one using explosives or spamming items. Another player was repeatedly throwing Wind Charges directly at me. As a result of the knockback and the entities being spawned around my character, the server's anti-cheat system appears to have malfunctioned.

As you can see in my attached logs (image_f10a7f.png), the client received multiple warnings for "unknown entities" and "ms.lang.RangeException" immediately before I was kicked. This confirms that my client was struggling with entity data caused by the Wind Charge spam from the other player, not from TNT placement by me.

Conclusion: I have no reason to spam TNT and value my standing on this server. I kindly request that you check the logs for the player "MinagresteCooks" (who is seen in my screenshot image_f10b1e.png) or other nearby players to see who was actually using Wind Charges at that time.

I am confident that a log review will show zero TNT blocks placed by my account. Thank you for investigating this technical error.

I want to be clear about what happened. I was playing with several performance-related client mods installed. I wasn’t using any X-ray mods, ore detection mods, or resource packs intentionally. I believe one of the performance mods made lava more transparent than normal, which allowed ancient debris to be visible while mining in lava.

At the time, I didn’t think of this as X-raying, but I understand now that mining ancient debris this way can still count as ore detection and isn’t allowed under server rules, regardless of intent and I take responsibility for that.

I’ve been playing on the server for several years and have always tried to follow the rules and play fairly. I wasn’t trying to cheat or gain an unfair advantage, I just got excited by the idea of finding a bunch of netherite. If given another chance, I won’t use or rely on this method of mining again.

Im writing you for ban i have recieved. It says X-ray. Im not big fan of cheating and never done it. But i wanna be fair with you i used it. I used it on finding ancient debris to make my gear netherite cuz i wanted to proggres faster it was the only thing i used it for. I joined recently and i must say i was enjoying your server, nice people willing to help even though they never met me, the comunnity was always nice. I gladly ask u to unban me, this was like a (reality check) to me and i wont do it again ill play fair and ill be on my best behavior. thanks for answer in advance.

Im sorry, i didnt mean to cheat because i really like this server, but my friend asked me to mine for resources and u agreed. I kindly ask for an unban if possible and i promise it wont happen again

Long story short it was bad for my mental health and I was going through a lot at the time. Honestly, I blocked it all out and don't really remember much from that time. Womp womp.

Anyway, I try to be much nicer now online and my friend told me I should try and appeal, so I am. I agree to fallow the rules and play blocks nicely with the other kids.

Idk the rules anymore, but I can read them, I also dont really play Minecraft, I just have a lot of memories with some of the older players here and I'm kinda on that My Name Is Earl shit with making amends.

I just wanted to reach out and acknowledge the reason I was banned yeah, I was using x-ray, and I get why that’s a problem. It wasn’t fair to the rest of the players, and looking back it kind of ruined the fun for everyone, including myself.

That said, I’d really appreciate a second chance. I understand the rules better now and I’m willing to play fair if I’m let back in. Totally up to you of course, but I figured it was worth asking.

Not really sure why Im banned, I left a while back, up until today when I tried to log in today to see I was banned, dunno why.  If I did something wrong my bad, I just was looking to log back in to see if there is a cartograph for pve rev 28 floating around... anyways my IGN is williamFaulst now, dont remember what it was back in 2024 when I was apparently banned...  Dont really recall playing back around that time but in any case, hopefully the team here and I can resolve this issue.
