First off thank you for your reply. Now to begin, as stated above, i do apologize for the above action, I'm not entirely sure what I was thinking at the time. In all honesty, i was bored, granted that is by no means an excuse for my actions but it is the truth. As i stated, i do not frequent the Creative server as much for I focus my attention on the Survival server. To answer your question as to how you will know i wont do this again, well all i have is my word. This is my first offense and i can promise you that i will follow the rules in the future. Honestly, (seeing as how this is my first big time server) i didnt take the rules all too seriously and i apologize for that. That is a naive way of thinking for someone of my level of education. I respect your decision on the week-long ban and hope to be able to join the server once again. As for the griefing on the Survival server, i maintain my innocence in the sense that it was not intentional griefing. I merely trying to escape with my items, but like i said i am willing to work and replace what i may have damaged. I should also mention that my means of escape in no way affected the mechanisms involved in the trap. (such as red stone, dispensers ect.) But be it as it may, I will take responsibility for any cosmetic damage while escaping. RULES BROKEN: No Griefing- Includes breaking blocks placed by others, Placing blocks on others structures No NSFW construction p.s. it kind of does look like a creeper with high heels :O haha thank you for your time.

If I remember correctly, my guess is that I and being banned due to an incident that occurred on 2/13/14. I believe the event in question is when i fell down a trap. This trap was a simple fall into a giant pit of lava, however it appears someone put blocks of ice to break the fall(or could of been intentional). However, seeing as how my two options where to either break the ice, fall and loose all my items or dig my way out, I chose to dig myself out. I apologize if it came across as griefing, and I am more than willing to help replace what i damaged to the best of my ability. EDIT: I just reread the ban and noticed its the creative server that caused my ban....yeah I kind of got carried away in breaking apart the structure. I apologize, I don't go on creative as much now.
