I was banned a year or so ago on c.nerd.nu for the reason: "griefing on C with hacks". I can confirm this to be true, I was using a hack client know as 'Nodus'. I now know this to be a mistake as I have a permanent record of this ban by which other server owners may see and judge me upon. Because of this I wish to repeal the ban placed on me. I understand that I have broken both "Players using modifications to change gameplay may be asked to stop, kicked, or banned with little or no warning depending on the severity of the situation. This includes, but is not limited to: noclip, invincibility, speed modification, xray/ore-detection, and duping hacks. (Note that Survival has its own list of approved client mods; see below.)"and "Destroying blocks placed by other players." I understand the moderator's decision to ban me. Thank you.
