Thanks Tom. The lack of 501©3 registration answers the question. Out of curiosity, can you or any head admins speak to the possibility of becoming registered?

With CTF coming up this weekend and the donation drive as well, I was just curious as to if, however unlikely, Nerd is registered in the US or other countries as a non profit, so any donations can be deducted from income taxes.
