Yup I read them before I filed the appeal.

This was my first experience with minecraft outside singleplayer and at the time didn't even know what griefing was. It was a long time ago and I have since moved on to other servers and have never had any other incident (As you can see here: http://fishbans.com/u/egz7). In fact I have gone on to become a moderator on a small server (http://forum.legio-umbra.eu/). I would like this ban revoked so my record is once again spotless. As for the actual offense, I think I got stuck in someones build and tried digging out or something, I honestly do not remember. Thanks :)
