I made a ban appeal earlier today, I was unbanned according to the moderator who dealt with the issue. I find that I am still banned when attempting to log in to s.nerd.nu. in addition when going through the ban appeal web page it states that my account is not banned, so i am very confused. (this is not a ban appeal, so much as an attempt to confirm that I was in fact unbanned)

I have read the entire list of rules and understand them fully. I will follow them at all times on the servers.

I was banned quite a while ago from the nerd.nu servers for griefing. (not sure on the exact date). I am an honest player, I take no pleasure in griefing of any kind, as I have been the victim many times myself on other servers. The most likely explanation is that I found my younger brother messing around with minecraft on my computer, after I had returned from being AFK. When I asked what he was doing, his response was basically that he had found some tunnel underwater and put a bunch of holes in it. I am unable to confirm to you if he was telling the truth or not, however i was banned within a day or two of this occurring. I am sorry that the server was griefed by way of my account and I can only ask for forgiveness.
