You were provided evidence in a previous appeal ( https://nerd.nu/forum/index.php?/topic/52-7fattykiller7-trevorman/
) to show that one player has attempted to play on/has access to both accounts. That being the case makes malakies an alternate account of your account. Our rules are very specific about the use of alternate accounts while one of the accounts is banned. That being said, Malakies will remain banned. Your ban length has been extended through the 28th of June per the appeal linked above. Do not create any more appeals prior to that date.

What about having a lava lake separating the sides and making it so you can either run all the way around the lake or take a path through the center with blocks spaced across that you can jump from block to block for a faster route. Then protect the lake so bridges can't be built across.

Is it possible that some kills are from someone physically holding an arrow in their hand and then killing a mob? How would that show up?

I disagree with the word choice of "promoted", but I can add admins as managers to the clanchat when I get the chance. If you need to be invited to the channel, just find any of the managers and they should be able to invite you to the channel. (As far as I know, you need to be online to receive a clanchat invitation.)
I'm sure it was an honest mistake and didn't mean anything by it. I'm believe he was just saying "added to the group to be able to add and remove members". We're all admins here and I'm sure we all understand how against ranks that our servers are.

This is where it can get tricky. You can place a block of ice in lava and see directly through the lava until the glass melts. You can also take a fire resistance potion and swim in Lava. Both of these are perfectly acceptable ways of finding diamond in lava but can also look like xraying by the mods. How do you go about using those two ways without being accused of xraying?
I won't go into the method I would use to be able to tell the difference, however, there are going to be ways to tell.

Steps 1-6 all at once seems a bit overkill, you should try trimming down that list to 7 and 8... and maybe keep 2... and 5 depending on the situation. (Also you forgot about rollbacks).

No, you mistook my actions as an all at once. Normally I do each step 4-8 minutes apart from each other. Normally, If a griefer (depending on the severity of the grief) will be forgiven and account noted if they take the "oh, you caught me. I'm sorry" approach. The ones that continue to lie when confronted will normally make it to step #7 and then never appeal.

Using a modification to see through a block that you wouldn't be able to see through without the mod is a form of xraying, plain and simple. If you are caught using it you will subsequently be banned. However, we aren't going to ban optifine due to the fact that one, just like an xray mod, it's undetectable until it's used, but optifine makes the game playable to a lot of players where it wouldn't be otherwise. Just be aware that if you are caught using optifine to see through lava you'll be gone for a month and it counts as xraying.

On P last night, buzzie and I made a diplomacy clan chat incase we need to have a discussion with multiple people and mumble isn't an option. I have taken the liberty to invite all admins (head, tech, and server) to this channel. If you would like to join, just /clanchat join diplomacy. After that, buzzie should be able to get the admins promoted to be able to add and remove players from the channel (so that once the matter is handled, they will not be able to listen to future issues). I think this will ease some difficulty when dealing with comflicts between players.
Good Idea, Should probably enable something like this on all the servers for future. I'll enable one on C sometime today. Feel free to join it also.

Can't remember if this command was associated with npc but, is there a way we can get the command /trust back?
It would be useful to ignore the warnings from legit players that are digging sand or building with furnaces and set off warnings.
