Wesleysnijders

I have read the rules and i won't grief or break the other rules again, but what are the 3 notes?

i was banned from the server c.nerd.nu 2 or 3 years ago and i still cant play. Im banned for griefing i think in the creative plots in Halloween 2011/12. Is there a limit where i can play again or am i banned forever? My player name is Wesleysnijders.
