Ok I just changed my password, thanks for replying so soon so I could get this ban off my reputation. :)

I got banned quite awhile ago due to griefing and its but a stain on my reputation when applying for whitelisted servers. I read the rules and I knew what I was doing. I was just begin stupid. Anyways thanks for checking out my appeal.
