I've read the rules and I agree to them. One small question, on the chaos server am I free to do as I please in relation to adding/subtracting from others work and phalluses? I know that any racism/overt sexism/etc isn't okay, but would I be banned if I found someones base and looted it or made a gigantic obsidian statue/penis over it? I want to make sure I know my limits before I get carried away. Thanks for your time

Well I'm a bit confused by your classifacation of racism, given that black people have black penises and white people have white penises, and I honestly have ZERO reccolection of the defacement of other players work. Are you sure it wasn't my statue that I chose to add onto?

I was banned on my account (Smart_Money) for "Racism, griefing, Swastika creation, lag machine nerd.nu/appeal" I'm going to talk about each of these violations as clearly as I can remember (it must have been over a year ago by now, just found out that I was banned still) 1. Racism: I have no idea what this is from unless it was the swastikas. I'm not an inherently racist person and I don't really mess around with people based on race or call people by race-based offensive terms so this doesn't sound like me. 2. Griefing: Once again, doesn't sound like me so I'm assuming this is related to the lag machine and/or the minor additions I made to another players project (nothing malicious, added like 5 pieces of glowstone in a cave I made nearby or something). 3. Swastika creation: I made a few swastikas and cocks far away from spawn just to mess around and then destroyed them right after but evidently a moderator restored them and brought it up. 4. Lag machine: I made a typical door-spammer and hid it in a cave nearby a player I was talking with (I remember cracking up as he typed about how his game was bugged and making noises) and evidently that is classified as a lag machine (not disagreeing with your classification, just stating my motives) Overall I'm guessing the ban was less for my actions and more for the fact that I called a gigantic MLP-themed statue queer (not meaning it in the homosexual sense) and criticizing the fanbase as a whole. Either way I broke your rules and I'd like to play on your servers again as your survival server is devoid of the otherwise game-ruining plugins that take away too much from vanilla for my taste. Obviously the choice is yours but I assure you that, should I be unbanned, I'll do my very best to corral my intrinsic assholeishness. Thanks for reading, Jambles "Smart Money" McFreely
