Hello. This account rainnepanda was hacked about a year ago. I bought it for my wife and she really never used it. It took some time to recover due to her not really caring. We do have control of the account now and have reset the password to something more robust. I ended up letting a family member use it so we could play together. When we tried to jump into the reddit survival server he was informed the account was banned for racist slurs or something to that effect. I am positive this happened when the account was out of our hands. Is there any way to resolve this? I am the owner of this account as I paid for it. Thanks for your time.
