I have PvP logged several times (I think about 3 times in the past few months) simply because I don't want to lose my stuff (which doesnt work anymore). The situation when I believe I got band was when I was in my bass and a player pearled in and looked like they wanted to kill me so I simply logged out before they could hit me. I don't think there's anything in the rulebook about logging to avoid PvP but I could be wrong. In the meantime, please check out the rules and see if you can find the bit about pvp logging. I read the rules and I now know that what I was doing was braking the rules "Using login as a function of PvP is not allowed.
