When we first bought the Minecraft account about three years ago, my son used the account for one year. My daughter has been using the legocity474 username for about two years. My daughter does not remember ever coming onto your server. When I mentioned this ban to my son he said that he is not sure if he had been on this server before. He did remember coming onto a public server looking for a friend of his years ago. Maybe it was this one. We had no idea our account has been banned from your server, but the ban is preventing us from going onto other public servers. Will you please tell us the reason for the ban? Since it is an old ban, please read the rules and post back to be unbanned. Thank you.
