Sir_Didymus
Hey all, We've made an amendment to current procedures regarding long-term (perma) bans. In order to get a wider staff viewpoint, we are enacting the following change in process: Appeal is received, and player is notified by head admins to expect a 1 week wait period while information is reviewed. Historical information is gathered by head admins and a post is made in the admin forum requesting feedback. Admins give feedback over a 48 hour period, offering any extra information / links etc. that may have been missed. Post is moved to PMC for comment by all staff (5 days for comment). Head admins use available feedback to make a decision on the appeal and respond to the post accordingly. Essentially this is what we do now, with the addition of the inclusion of all staff in the feedback process. We feel that this would allow us a better range of responses, since there are moderators who may have been around to remember situations and experiences with players appealing longer term/perma bans. Thanks for reading, ~Didy
