Modification of the Month #35 - January 2026

Welcome back to Modification of the Month, where your favourite (or close 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or maybe even 5th if we're lucky) TAdmin rambles on about updates.

With all servers now based on 1.21.10, we'll be holding off on 1.21.11 and instead dedicate our time towards improving some plugins, getting the cartos back to an acceptable level of functionality, and improving the wiki.

General Change Log

• January 6th - PPGOME - Updated ModMode to v5.0.1
  • Staff in ModMode are no longer able to get advancement progress.
  • Pets no longer teleport to their owners if they're in ModMode.
  • Pets no longer follow their owners if they're in ModMode.
  • Reloading TAB no longer breaks ModMode until the next restart.
• January 13th - PPGOME - Updated NerdAFK to v1.1.1
  • Reloading TAB no longer breaks NerdAFK until the next restart.
• January 19th - PPGOME - Updated Standmaster9000 to v0.1.1
  • Fixed armour stands being placed on the sides of blocks not having their modifications applied.

PvE Change Log

• January 12th - PPGOME - Added TheHunt to PvE.
  • This is a temporary plugin for the alien invasion event.
• January 14th - PPGOME - Updated CritterGuard to v1.3.0.
  • Redid a lot of the plugin's systems to make future updates easier.
  • Additions:
    • Added a line for llamas in /cg info to display their strength.
    • Running /cg access while riding a mount will apply the access change without needing to click.
    • Running /cg info while riding a mount will display the info of said mount without needing to click.
    • Added the ability to swap a player's access level without needing to remove them first (i.e. player has passenger access, you can now run /cg access add full [player] to bump them up, and vice-versa).
    • Added access lists to /cg info.
  • Bugfixes:
    • Fixed the click timeout bug when commands requiring a click are run back-to-back.
    • Fixed players being able to give themselves access to their own mounts, breaking some things in the process.
    • If a player breeds another player's pets, the resulting baby will now belong to the player who bred them and not the owner of the breeding pair.
    • Breeding critters will now properly tame the baby with CritterGuard (different issue from above one).
    • Voxelmap output for /cg gps is now formatted correctly.
    • When a swap happens on a multi-seat mount, the owner is now notified of who the new controller is.
    • Fixed a number of console errors caused by LibsDisguises being missing or disguise saddles being disabled.
    • Fixed pet mobs (wolves, cats, and parrots) not taking environmental damage when untamed (poison, lava, fire, etc.).
