    Why the fuck are you so toxic?

     

    here begins the story of shanty: when shanty was born, his parents, mother and father shanty were set on a perilous mission to save their child from the toxic powers that be. after hiding in various different realms in he minecraft universe they were close to being caught. they found a place called c.nerd.nu. shanty was accepted by the community and the vast playerbase that was. he showed leadership and friendship everywhere he went, set up a town and gave people a purpose. shanty went looking for his long lost parents and did not return for a long time, after no  luck finding his beloved parents he returned to the nerd.nu community but what he came back to was completely different to what he remembered, less people were on the servers and most of his friends were gone, he explored P which was relatively unknown to him, he found the friendliness and warmth he found in C back before he left on his adventures. once again he was accepted and made good friends with the people of wellspring, after quite a substantial time he was invited to join a optimistic project called BlueHaven, it was doomed before it even began. we fought off the raiders as hard as we could in the opening weeks of the new survival revision but shanty soon realised that in order to survive he had to adapt. in the backround the toxic overlords had identified him and unknowingly he was following the path that they had carved out. over the next year shanty became more aggressive and merciless until he became the thing that he was hidden from for such a long time, he slaughtered many innocents on S, embraced civil wars within and throughout all 3 servers.consumed with this toxic power he thought he was unstoppable, and for a period of time he was. one day he decided to go too far and rulers of the servers decided to intervene and forced shanty to walk the path of redemption and only to return when he was back to what he once was when he first joined the servers. now this is where the past becomes the present.

    everyone gets fucked off from time to time, i for one i find it nearly imposable to mask how a feel IRL and in mumble/ingame. just do not let it get out of hand, me being a prime example of 'letting it get out of hand'. just trust your instincts and if you feel you need to take a step back, step back.

    let me start off that the reply you have posted has incriminated me in every way possible. in lines 1-79 i got muted and got a note, accordingly like i have already stated, of course at the time i was annoyed at getting a new note after i got one removed from years ago, if Mrloud and diamondlover saw this as a bannable offence then they would of banned me, MrLoud of course would of issued the ban because he was not involved.. as for the Staff Impersonation 2 moderators and 1 admin knew that this was a joke, why can you not accept that it was a joke? if i was really causing trouble for the staff at that moment in time they would of told me to formally stop, but they did not.

    this was the real tipping point for me, i asked him to leave me alone, yet he insisted on contacting me, then he asked me to leave him alone and why should i? he turned what i wanted in the first place against me, that is what you do when you are planning a move against someone, such as getting them banned. as for how he acted, it was not that he was playing it safe or as you put it - "has always acted in a professional manner and shown you the respect I would expect" it was that he insisted on contacting me. 
     
    This also constituted the bulk of your total conversations on Creative (i.e. all most all of your time is spent trolling or trying to elicit a reaction from other people)
     
    have you ever been on survival? what you see as trolling is every day general chat on S, thats another thing, im sick of these moral rules for each individual server, the rule of DONT BE A DICK is broken ever 30 seconds on survival but yet it is not enforced, you get used to a certain way of acting on one server and if another server has tighter regulations on such ways you end up getting fucked over, it is quite confusing.
     
    You don't take our rules seriously as noted as recently as your appeal and behaviour towards your ban (i.e. saying in mumble that "oh, looks like I'm banned again, I'm going to have fun with it")
     
    might aswell make the best i can of it, as you know i am not one to roll over if i think its a a idiotic reason to ban when it is explored in depth, especially for 6 months. i expected this type of reply from you cyotie, its a pattern in most of your bans (don't take that to offence) so why not have fun with it? why not debate and argue? i cant do anything else at the moment.
     
    You don't take our rules seriously
     
    the nerd.nu rules are not enforced as clean cut as the general staff might like to think, it depends on:
     
    1. who is online
    2. which server you are on
    3. how close you are to the staff member who is online
    4. what personality the staff member/s has
     
    ​the rule enforcement is patchy on nerd, you know this as well as i do.
     
    also there has been plenty other occasions of "personal attacks" where i have not been involved, like in the Face to the name topic where jauris comments on diamondlover's image. "absolutely disgusting" if memory serves me well. 
     
    (in other words, if you don't show us that you want to be unbanned, you're probably not going to be unbanned.)
     
    if i did not want to be unbanned why would i appeal?

    Hey there,

    Before I start my appeal, I'd just like to apologise for my first, extremely immature appeals, I was quite angry about being banned, but I am now ready to handle my appeal properly and maturely.

    I have been banned for 'Aggressive repeated personal attacks and Staff impersonation'.

    I would like to address the 'Staff Impersonation' claim first. I joined the server while LetsB and Wayne and was joking around saying I was "E-Admin", they were completely fine with it and understood it was a joke so I am unsure as to why I have been banned for this, a simple misunderstanding?

    Now, before I get into the 'Aggressive repeated personal attacks' claim, I would like to make it known that there has been a back and forth argument between me and DiamondLover for some time. He has a very strong grudge against me, as do I against him. after the first mail he sent me i made it very clear to him that I do not wish to have any contact with him at all, yet he continues to send me mails when he knows that i do not want him to. I do admit they I went too far with the 'brony' stuff and accordingly i got a mute at the time, and a note on MCB, I should have handled myself better and should not have let him get to me.

    Ban for shanty_sniper on nerd.nu for Aggressive repeated personal attacks and Staff impersonation. by cyotie911 on 2014-03-10 18:48:35 (2 more bans, 5 notes)
