Ah, very sorry to hear you won't be joining us in Mumble soon, that's a terrible shame.
One of the quickest ways for you to fix this situation would be for you to get a new certificate, you can find out how to do that here.

Somehow I can't login to my account on mumble anymore because I don't know the password and I don't know what to do. I don't know where I should go to retrieve it/get a new one.
I need help.

I don't see anything wrong with this idea. Votifier is simply a way for people to vote for your server, regardless of getting rewards or not. The way people add rewards, is with a listener, which is a seprate plugin. I don't see anything wrong with voting just to see the server become bigger, and maybe there is a way to implement a contest with the voting, making for a friendly competetion.
In my opinion, there should be no rewards, but people should feel inspired to vote for the server if they enjoy the servers, and they want to see them grow more.

What I am saying is if there is going to be PlayerPortalEvent and with no mods on, how would staff tell the difference whether they're running away from an attacker or they're just going to an End grinder for xp or getting some endstone from the end?

Also some players who kinda live their lives on S sometimes hate the staff member that's not in their clan (mostly) who ban one of their great so-called friends.

We could have the reward be a little icon beside their name on the subreddit which I think they can choose themselves. And under their Member rank, they could have Top Voter: [month] [year]

What could be done to have less hate against mods by S players when one of their friends is banned?

How about we make some youtube videos every month which anyone can make, whether it's minecraft or not. I mean players playing games outside of minecraft and their good attitude could show people what great players we have.
I know it's quite hard to get viewers on youtube nowadays but if we could find ways then I guess we could have more people in no time.

Ye, since you can't use Fortune on gold ores, also a lot would be needed with horses.

From a vanilla4life noob, I consider this pretty surprising. I have used Optifine before but it ate my FPS' but I would appreciate a response to this also. I believe I have heard of mods that disable certain features of optifine by adding extra texture layers and such, but yeah this definitely seems to be an advantage over nubs like myself.
If there is mods to disable the things then that would be handy.
This is where it can get tricky. You can place a block of ice in lava and see directly through the lava until the glass melts. You can also take a fire resistance potion and swim in Lava. Both of these are perfectly acceptable ways of finding diamond in lava but can also look like xraying by the mods. How do you go about using those two ways without being accused of xraying?
Who brings glass with them when mining? Unless they know the way of course.

If we get votifier, don't have mc-index on the list as it doesn't ever work. Because the place where you put your username is further up than page limit.
Could we give people a little reward who vote every day though (or top voter each month)? Be good if we were to get people to vote.

Some servers that I know use it and if u vote u get free diamonds, xp and money. I don't want votifier because 1. It'd be too tiring voting everyday and 2. There's much easier ways to get more people playing the servers. For instance, on P we could have horse racing and already have spleef. Also Olympic City will be coming next rev and lots of fun stuff in that.
On C, any good builders could easily build games to play and have tournaments.
On S, there's pvp and normally the weekly Survival PvP League.
Then there's free advertising websites. We have a couple of ways to get more people playing without the need for votifier. Plus we have the youtube channel and twitter.

Some bans don't have a reason though.
I know someone who got banned by admin with the reason Banned. I actually told this admin that banned player made a fake account and appealed for another person because they knew the servers better than their friend who doesn't even bother to do things himself. (Slavedriver a bit). And this admin knew it was fake because it had the same ip address as their main account.

Having discussions on bans wouldn't benefit as there'd be quite a lot of them and people would start getting confused which would led to a lot of mix-ups. I think just mailing admins is fine the way it is.
