my five year old brother got onto minecraft because he thought it was cool and was clicking around and got on this server and kind of mined peoples stuff. Wont happen again please unban. I need to help my friend build his building.

The account that was banned for xraying will be considered an alt account used for ban evasion and will be permanently banned.  The suggestions for the ban lengths would be the following: 

for the xraying account, should have been 1 month plus which wouldn't be over until the 19th of December.  I would also suggest that a week or so be added on for the original grief and 2 weeks for ban evasion.  Which should give him an unban date around the 9th of January.  Again, this is just a suggestion.  Feel free to set a ban length as you see fit.
