We can see when it's in use, when it's not and we could book dates to use it to host events. This would reduce stress on the event admins and also organize the whole thing a lot more making events a lot less stressful. This is possible C45Y confirmed it to me. Mrloud15 Posted June 28, 2015 Report Share Posted June 28, 2015 I asked c45y to rename it from "event server" to "staff calendar" for a few reasons. First, I thought it could be easily confused with with the public "events" calendar. Second, so we can use it for anything staff related in addition to booking dates for the event server.
