Sometimes when I get lucky, logging in or going through portals takes just 2 minutes. The packet loss between yourself and us appears to be the worst as it passes through the LGI-Infrastructure network. Sadly I don't have any friends in RIPE to pursue the issue further. I guess they won't do anything anyway because that's just how customer support works where I live. So it's probably VPN time again.
