Yeah I remember getting a warning, but I don't ever remember combat logging, everytime someone has attacked me I've stayed and fought until the end. I guess if log out when someone is close by that counts as combat logging or am I confused.

Upon being approached in your base by another player, you logged to avoid combat with them. Even if you have not been physically hit, logging to avoid combat is against the rules.
