Welcome to Santa’s Magical Winter Wonderland!
Za and company have been hard at work creating a Christmas Wonderland at /place ChristmasTownPortal in the East area of the map. The snowy sky islands are looking amazing and we are excited to have the Christmas Town event on Friday Dec 19th and Saturday Dec 20th.
Now we are ready for some extra builders to help bring the island to life!
The following is what we have planned and how you can participate / help.
Village Cottages:

There are additional plots along the ice road. Please feel free to build anything decorative that you’d like! So far there is a snowman, penguin, ornaments, snow globes, and more!
Secret Santa:
The village includes Santa’s Workshop and we would like to host 2 Secret Santa events (hopefully this will help to make all timezones be able to participate)
How Secret Santa will work:
- Please reach out to cujo by December 10th to sign up. Please specify if you would like to open your gift on Friday night or Saturday afternoon (during normal event times)
- On December 13th cujo will send you an in game mail letting you know who your giftee will be and the number of the present you will put your gift in. (all the presents are located in the workshop)
- You will then need to put together a gift for your giftee and place it into the numbered shulker by Dec 18th. Some gift ideas are the players favorite building blocks, Nerd Bonds, deco heads, fancy armor, enchanted books, etc.) Reminder: the gift must fit into a shulker box, you can use bundles to help pack stuff in) You can include a card (written book) with your name, or you can keep it a secret forever. That is completely up to you as the secret santa.
- During the Friday and Saturday events, we will open our gifts!
Games:
Some event games will include ice boat racing and mini golf (on santa’s summer vacation island) There is a rail ride you can take around the island as well. Please reach out to Za if you have an idea for another fun mini game.
