Hey there, Before I start my appeal, I'd just like to apologise for my first, extremely immature appeals, I was quite angry about being banned, but I am now ready to handle my appeal properly and maturely. I have been banned for 'Aggressive repeated personal attacks and Staff impersonation'. I would like to address the 'Staff Impersonation' claim first. I joined the server while LetsB and Wayne and was joking around saying I was "E-Admin", they were completely fine with it and understood it was a joke so I am unsure as to why I have been banned for this, a simple misunderstanding? Now, before I get into the 'Aggressive repeated personal attacks' claim, I would like to make it known that there has been a back and forth argument between me and DiamondLover for some time. He has a very strong grudge against me, as do I against him. after the first mail he sent me i made it very clear to him that I do not wish to have any contact with him at all, yet he continues to send me mails when he knows that i do not want him to. I do admit they I went too far with the 'brony' stuff and accordingly i got a mute at the time, and a note on MCB, I should have handled myself better and should not have let him get to me. I blew up portions on the red road, i also looted around 8 diamond armor sets, and enough potions to keep me going through the chaos map. also, we should post our views on the new upcoming 1.7 chaos mode, what do you like/dislike and how it changes the game from the perspective of each individual player! :D

the rule i have broken is: Don't be a dickit has been 2 weeks since my ban was issued and the ban length set by the staff member who banned me and the other PvE admins was 2 weeks, i now ask to be unbanned.

seeing as tomorrow is the day i get unbanned i will not be discussing the ban anymore, because there is no point. but i will say this, after speaking with 3 staff members about this ban (outside of mumble because tompreuss will instantly put a stop to that) , and the staff members personally looking at the logs they also did not see this as a case of harassment they did however say that it would be a case of breaking the rule Dont be a dick. after speaking to a staff member of the punishments with the breaking of this rule i should have been warned by a STAFF member, and/or a kick before a ban would be issued, again asking this was outside of mumble for obvious reasons.

could you please state what i said to teddylover that i was banned for, quotes and/or chat logs before i decide to dispute my ban further, at the moment im 80% sure that what i said would not of broken the harassment rule. but again, i need to see the evidence on which i was banned apon. please and thank you.

so ummm i tried to connect to PvE and it says harrasment on P, i have a idea in my head i may of harrased teddylover? but if it is not i seriously have no clue.
