Okay, here's the edits that are an indication that you were xraying: The above picture is where you dug down from your tunnel to diamonds. There was no reason for you to do this other than to collect the diamonds you knew were there. This is a picture of the diamonds that you dug down to. The above is another place that you dug off of one of your tunnels. You continued down this path and then turned left. After you turned left you dug straight towards another 2 groups of diamonds. Here's a better picture of the 2 clumps of diamonds. There are more groups that you mined straight to but I'm not going to bother to post more of the same. This has been looked at by multiple staff members and has been concluded that there is no way you could have done this without xraying. You are banned for one month. Feel free to reappeal on the 24th of January 2014.

Covering your tracks with cobble is fine. I banned you because in three different instances today you dug straight to diamonds. These were not found because you were strip mining. You also managed to find a total of 30 diamond ore in a matter of 5 minutes which would never be possible without having some sort of xray decection. I can take the time to post screenshots later. I have also had other staff members look into this and we both came to the same conclusion. Honesty is always the best policy so take some time to reclarify your story.

I believe that while uncommon, rock on was acting to try to confront you about combat logging sine other methods weren't working and since you continued to run away the decision was made to ban you.

I am currently not at home and will comment on this further later on this evening.

For clarification of the Combat logging rule the following is pulled directly from the Wiki: "Using login as a function of PvP is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:" Logging out to avoid combat is classified as using login as a function of pvp.

Your account is linked to several alt accounts. I ran a check after witnessing suspicious activity last night on Chaos. Okay, Aside from the obvious troll account name, Every other account associated with this account is banned for one reason or another. Even the IP address you are appealing from has an account associated with it that was just banned last month for being an alt account of another banned player. Please write with why we should allow this account back on our servers.

I'm sorry but your credibility is basically zero. You have admitted previously to using alt accounts that you tried to pass off as different people. You have also changed your story from originally Imamonkeycrafter as a IRL friend to being your brother. I don't believe your story and the facts of account logins and IP addresses aren't in your favor. I look at all the evidence before reaching decisions regarding bans. This account will not be unbanned.

Okay. Before this gets to much further out of hand and you waist anymore of my staff's time, I'm going to go ahead and wrap this up. Either you knowingly evaded a ban (that we have no record of and probably isn't really there in the first place) or you are trolling again despite having literally gotten unbanned from 6 hours prior. Either way ñ you're banned for a month. Reappear on the 19th of January. P.S. we have a program that records your IP address every time you log in our servers and will associate any accounts that ever log in from that IP address with your account. This account is the only account that has ever logged in from any IP address that you have ever used.
