Appologies for my absence. Yes, I haven't been around much lately but hopefully that will be changing. Had multiple personal things come up all at once (Along with my laptop having a meltdown). Now, with that being said, I will assume that most (and should be all) staff know which appeals are of the strictly admin/head admin only appeals. However, most appeals that are made that seem sincere and the user is banned by someone who is inactive or hasn't been able to handle appeals, should be able to be handled by any staff member. Just remember, when in doubt, leave it for someone else to handle or ask someone else.

I cannot tell you why they did not ban you, I can only speculate. I speculate that your actions on the server make people uncomfortable (as stated by diamond_lover that he was bothered by it). There are staff members that don't want to deal with the drama that you have the potential to cause. Therefore, it was brought up to the head admins to discuss and subsequently ban you. Do not think that just because you weren't banned at the time you were causing the problem that you weren't doing something that you shouldn't have been banned for. I will never ask another staff member to stop contacting a troublesome player just because that player asks them to. That would be equivalent of someone on the server breaking the rules and the moderator doesn't feel it warrants a ban as of yet so he tried to warn the player. Yet the player decided to ignore the warnings and starts spouting about being harassed by staff instead, when the staff person was just trying to do their job. Diamond lover spends more time on the Creative server than most any other staff member. He was not harassing you. His messages were professional. He sent 3 mails because they didn't all fit in one mail. He has not cussed at you. He has shown you the respect that you seem to have problems reciprocating to others. The note added was justified as you were trolling at the time and he warned you, therefore adding a note that says "Warned for trolling" was justified. Yes I have been on Survival but the things normally said on survival have to do with a number of things: clan rivals, Gameplay, fighting (it is a fighting server). However your intentions on the creative server were to just entice drama and to be a general dick. There is no reasoning behind you having this type of behavior/attitude other than this. You seem to know that you cause unwanted drama (as indicated by your history). If you want to argue and debate that's fine with me. It would be a nice change of pace you actually just accepted your ban and showed some remorse for your actions. however this is the type of response that people expect from you and why some staff don't want to deal with banning you and probably why you get away with so much. I however don't find this "fun". I am currently missing time that I could be spending with my Girlfriend but instead I am dealing with your appeal. I would prefer that everyone play by the rules and would play nice with each other. As staff, we are not robots. We do not all act the same way or have the same opinions. We are individual people. Some people will hand out a warning for what someone else will ban for. Rules will be enforced to the best of our abilities. If any rule violations are brought to my attention I will review the proof and a ban could occur regardless of what happened at the time. There are factors that the staff member might not have been aware of, like the users previous history or other things. I am not all seeing. I can only address the issues that are brought to my attention. I am not aware of this specific incident, however, this ban is not about anything other than your actions, not others. As far as why you would appeal if you didn't want to be unbanned? Well, like you said "so why not have fun with it? why not debate and argue? i cant do anything else at the moment." What meant by saying "show us that you want to be unbanned" meant try not to be a dick between now and then.

As far as your dislike towards Diamond_Lover, I have searched through all the logs concerning you both, and he has always acted in a professional manner and shown you the respect I would expect. Any notes he put on your account were notes that were completely acceptable and warranted. /mails that he has sent were professional and I would have considered a friendly reminder from the staff, that your behavior has been less than acceptable. This also constituted the bulk of your total conversations on Creative (i.e. all most all of your time is spent trolling or trying to elicit a reaction from other people) You have 4 notes from 4 different people over multiple years, all of these notes have to do with drama/trolling cause by you. You have had numerous bans in the past regarding your behavior. You don't take our rules seriously as noted as recently as your appeal and behavior towards your ban (i.e. saying in mumble that "oh, looks like I'm banned again, I'm going to have fun with it") It is evident to me, that your behavior on the servers isn't going to change, but in hopes that you can become a productive member of this community I'm going to give you some time to think about things and try to change your behavior. Your ban length is set at 6 months. Reappeal on or after the 10th of September. This ban length is just tentative and can be extended if situations arise between now and then on any of our other services i.e. forums, mumble, subreddit, irc, ect. (in other words, if you don't show us that you want to be unbanned, you're probably not going to be unbanned. Playing here is a privilege not a right.)

Just to clarify this a little more. Once the request is sent, even if the receiver didn't get the request in chat, if they type /tpaccept it will still work.
