Okay, now for the post I promised. As far as how a staff member acts within an appeal should always be professional. If it starts to look as if an appeal is turning personal or other than professional, A Head Admin will deal with the matter. As far as a player asking for another staff member to handle such appeal, this will not happen without a good reason. A player that does not like a staff member is not a good enough reason to trouble someone else on staff with dealing with their appeal. All of our staff members were made staff because they are trusted with the responsibilty to make sound decisions with the things they are tasked with dealing with. This does not say that we are close minded enough not to listen to a players concerns. If a player feels that an appeal was dealt with, in a way, that was unprofessional or unjust, they are welcome to Private Message a Head Admin on the forums and we will review the appeal. However, formally requesting another staff memeber to handle the appeal should not be done in the appeal itself and will not happen until it has been made clear that the banning moderator will have some kind of bias or issue conducting himself in the appeal. You can't show up to court and request a different judge because you dislike him or think he is to mean. This is not how things work. However, All issues will be happily looked into.

This issue is already being addressed and will show results in a short time.

I will make a statement regarding this a little later today, as I am currently on my phone and not going to type out a huge response on it.

Hey, I had an idea that I wanted to share, Not trying to hijack this thread and didn't want to butt into your designs. I was just think, what about doing a build contest, and then making a small spawn city for the next rev and put the best builds in the spawn city with spawn at the center. That way, when players login for the first time, they can see some of the best builds from the last rev as they leave spawn. Anyways, just an idea of mine.

Actually, the 2 points above are clever tactics used to try to avoid xray detection. The lines shown in the photos show where the deposits of diamond ore were located and shows the general direction of your tunnels towards each ore deposit. Your stone to diamond ratio between deposits almost close to 1 diamond for every 10 stone mined, this is not even to say that the best proven way to acquire diamonds is to branchmine and even then, the best diamond to stone ratio is 1-2 diamonds to every 100. I'm a little out of the loop with what the C admins are allowing on C at the moment. Last I knew, Roleplaying was allowed but it had to be taken to a clanchat channel. Is this still true? If this is still the case, I'm unsure how /me would work inside clanchat.

First, I was completely unaware that you had placed a screenshot on the subreddit. You mined a rediculously large amount of diamonds in a short amount of time. Your, stone to diamond ratio was extremely high for that time also. You mined from one diamond ore deposit to the next diamond ore deposit, diagonally and directly, bypassing exposed iron ore and other misc ores. The only way to acomplish all these things at once is to xray. I will paste screenshots here shortly as I am not at my own computer. There is no way to verify your story. Considering the fact that you have broken the rules of our servers and the fact that the 2 accounts were never on the server at the same time. (one connected after the other got banned) It is more than plausible that these accounts are controlled by you. However, I'll grant the other account to become unbanned when this account becomes unbanned (as it will not stay permabanned for ban evasion).

Note to kitkatbar, Player evaded his ban using an alt account.

I also wanted to comment here. For those who didn't know I had some health issues that came up and put me in the hospital for a bit. However, I'm back in the swing of things now and you can expect those numbers to jump up significantly for me. However, I do want to comment that there are a lot of things that we do as a part of our positions that don't require us on the servers a lot, and while I do like to come on the servers to help out with modreq's and such, finding time to play (which I'm going to assume is what most of the above login counts are about) isn't necessarily going to portray an accurate representation of our activity levels. That's like trying to say Deaygo doesn't do much for the servers because he's not logged into them. I just wanted to point this out.
