No, those who admit to xraying also get a month long ban. I have had multiple people (mods, and tech admins) confirm this was xraying. I myself am a Head Admin for the Nerd.nu servers. This ban will not be lifted until your ban duration has been completed. Feel free to appeal then if you so choose.
