I was banned like 4(?) Weeks ago... I was banned for a week, but because of school Fallout (and just not careing about nerd to be honest) i haven't appealed. I know why i was banned. Never really ment to hurt anybody's feelings. Mostly just to piss of a few people. Still very confused what happened and a few other things, but to be quite honest I don't care to find out. I would like to be un banned and return to mumble to hang out with diffrent people, but for the most part I'm probably not going to be around a lot anyway. Don't really know if this suffices as a ban appleal? I'm used to a more "Anwser these questions" kind of thing. Anyway yeah. If I don't comment back here for a while its ok im not dead just busy. Fair enough, just let me put my two cents in. A gaming community needs to put the player, both any and all, the the same standard as a head admin, because without players you have empty servers, and empty servers are hard to keep running and thus burn big giant bloody holes in people wallets. So how do we do this you ask? Well by voting. Blah blah blah biases blah blah blah. Lets say player group A really fucking likes "Unce" (example) sooo they vote Unce into power, eventually he fucks up hard, like abuse hard, like chests full of diamonds and gold apples. what happens? they get kicked out the player group learns and that player stays a player. This does not mean that unce can no longer vote, suggest things, be taken seriously ect. this means that unce fucked up his chance. and nothing else. Literary nothing. if he fucks up really bad. Like giving 6 of unce's friends 3 chests of golden apples. they unce gets punished delt with properly, head admins investigate. and they (who where voted in to rep the community) decide pubilcy what will happen. a month or two passes, and another vote is brought up ect. No head admin should EVER have any say in mods. Mods ARE upgraded players, they are NOT better than the player, but only have more responsibilitys. thus having WAY harsher punishments. so the players should vote who to nominate, who gets in and who gets out. If a player (mod, admin, ect.) shows that she/he goes out of the required brackets or overly preforms on existing responsibilities (Thrawn in the P map, once again she has done great things for the player base. remember the staff meeting?) then the player base (if its not fully autistic) will go "HEY! You are doing sooo much more that what you should with your exsisting power. lets try to give you more because you deserve it" Again. NOT making her special, an even MORE upgraded player, has a little more power, and is VERY trusted among the community. Another shining player that stood out to me was Totomo, a mod that expressed great intrest into helping nerd further by catching more people and writeing GREAT plugins for the nerd server (as well as releaseing some for others to use, Thanks!) so he was given the power of TECH SUPPORT! (**fireworks** **fireworks**) this allowed him to be able to test things in real time and over all help in a greater way then before! and look what we got! Plugins galore, more modaration ect. This is a shining example of how the system should work. But sadly (at least from my experinces with various servers/gaming communitys.... and a lot of nerd higher ups) i dont think we will survive the transistion, let alone be even willing to accept it. thats my novel, and my thoughts. Not trying to start drama, but thats another topic. /rant

I personally vote for a 1000X1000 map, where dirt and abandoned homes are removed after 1 month without owner activity, something to clear space.

I think that if i /modreq and say "Person A" is killing me over and over (lets say more than 5 times in a hour) then a modrator sould be able to chek the logs. If it invloves harrasment from one end it should be delt with. I can under stand fights. But if one person is camping the other without any reason, or out lash then its camping. Bottom line if its one person killing you tons. Modreq leave, dont retaliate.

If what you are doing bothers or harms another player, and you realise this, and yet you still do it. That is being a Dick. Spawn, base camping. Name calling. Flaming. Girefing. Ect. All dickish behavior

I was banned. I don't really know why, i know Tharine told me last night after i broke some string and asked if i had to replace it, that if i did anything again and she found out, i would be banned. I tried to replace the string but then a big zerging fight brokeout in the trap and i didnt get to replace it, i was going to wait until the fight went away. I woke up today and went to go play, and i was banned. Not sure if it was this, or something else..? Im kinda confused. But anyway im sure what ever i did was bad. Sorry. (also most server have a layout or something that i need to fill out, like What When How and Who banne me/was I banned, i didnt see that)

My thoughts.

Even if you are playing S. You should be allowed HUD mods. Although again, I could macro WW in my Keyboard settings... Soo I dont see how they could not allow Toggle sneek, if it can be done without the use of Minecraft mods. Anyway Yeah, i think as long as you can do it in Vinalla without altering Minecraft, it should be allowed in all server. This means Light Level (F3) Clock and Compass (stats) HP (Default HUD) EXP (Defult HUD) Location (F3) Mobs (F3) Ping (F3) Ect. F3 is just messy, and not customizable, Mod HUDs are. And therefore should be allowed, Atleast in my mind.

Tharine said that any mod thats was not on the allowed mods list, isnt allowed, So could we pleace add some mods. I really want to use the slick HUD one, it looks nicem and is the best. The only downside is if you can see a persons name tag, it tells you how many blocks you are away from them (and also there Ping to you, so you know liek if you start to fight them, are they going to lag.) It is slight player radar, But if someone could remove it from the code, would it be allowed then? Also are any of the other mods I liked allowed? I would like Lude, Cailin, Tharine, or anyone Over the mods to OK them, before re-installing. (Tharine told me to uninstall them then post)
