[PMC] Can we give /mute a time limit?

Whenever I mute, I usually notify the player of how long it will last and then have to keep track of time to know when to unmute them. Can we add a time parameter to /mute?

if we do give it a time limit, we should make sure that the default of "/mute so&so" is still a toggle mute. The majority of muting plugins i've come across have "/mute so&so" with no time limit specified defaultly have it set to 0 ticks, making the mute inconsequential.
