This is a perfect example of how people try to bring things up but are told they are wrong immediately.

I feel that comment about being an alcoholic is very offensive. That's pretty much the same thing as making fun of a disability to explain something. Almost like saying "it's like someone with a twitch asking to do a surgery for me" that would really offend me. As to the comment about you guys doing quality control I understand but people would like to have changes made. Can I not ask for changes to the appeal system to be made just because I was banned? Is my opinion worthless?

Slide, in no way was I saying you specifically or lumping people together. I'm saying just specific actions that have been happening lately. I just personally feel that this is the true facts of what is going on. Am I not aloud to speak my opinion and others opinions also? Also you don't need to use language in that way toward someone to get a point across, it could be offensive, but to me it's not because I understand your frustration.

For Switchviews and Slide, my main issue is that begging is required. In no way do I see some of these bans needing "begging." People are constantly required to respond back after their ban date has been set and in my eyes thats pointless, what is the point in that? Now for my comment on reading between the lines is that no matter what an admin or mod could make a case around anyone just to ban them. The rules are twisted and turned to fit their selected narrative so they can be banned in certain situations.

I feel like making someone beg or be submissive will leave a terrible taste in your mouth about a server. You want a peaceful server to play on that you're not worried that you're going to be banned for not reading between the lines constantly. A lot of newer players that haven't been here long see whats going on as a reason not to play here or stay around. A few have came to me personally and asked how long this type of stuff has been going on for. It's something that I think needs to change or this community is going to start to shrink even further.

Its the opposite of the judicial system. Instead of "Innocent until proven guilty" its "Guilty until proven innocent".

I agree with what gsand is saying. It feels as if your in a submissive position because you feel like you have to plead for a chance to be unbanned.

Hello, so I'm appealing my ban from mumble where in my last appeal redwall told me to re appeal on the 7th with the rules I broke. Don't be a dick No sexism, racism, homophobia or any type of hate speech, especially targeted at specific users. Please respect all players. Harassment of the staff, or any one else, can result in a kick or a ban. Excessively negative comments or disruptive arguments/discussions in global chat are not tolerated. Hello, So I was banned from mumble due to "racism". I understand that what I said about didgeridoo's could have been offensive. I heard Frozen saying that he was from South Australia and I responded something along the lines of "Oh your from where they play the didgeridoo all the time". I laughed and realized pretty soon I shouldn't have said it because it was a sticky situation. Twilexis then had left the mumble because she was mad at me for saying it and after she left I tried to apologize to Frozen and then he left shortly after. I didn't mean it in the way it came out and I understand I should have thought about it more now. I love the skill and effort it takes to play the instrument which I had explained later, that was my main excitement out of the conversation, it was not made to harm anyone or in anyway meant to. I have re read the rules and understand that the situation was handled properly but would have like a chance to explain myself and apologize again if Frozen and Twilexis didn't hear me the first time.
