I still stand by my opinion, however I do see how you're saying that the community is still alive. But I feel that pve is the only server still alive, S is dead and C is close to dying.

I personally feel at this point that many people are losing faith in our community. So i'm making this poll to see if my theory is right. Vote yes or no on how you feel, and don't worry voting is private.

I don't feel it would be nearly as bad if staff messaged people before hand. This stuff is getting ridiculous.

I feel like the locking of threads "policy" needs to be gotten rid of. It's completely pointless. All you would have to do is message a person that is getting out of control and if they continue to act that way just delete the posts or ban from the forums for 24 hours.

It makes many players like myself not want to play on this server anymore. It's sad I wish things were better and staff wasn't as ridiculous but it's the way it is now it seems.

I am one of those people. I never received a message and all I saw was a post in my thread which had no reasoning really. No drama or ridiculousness was happening but in that persons opinion it should have been closed. It's scary that this is a "community server" but we deal with people that don't want the community to speak it's mind.

The fact that multiple threads get closed for no reason worries me. Why are staff taking advantage of this to stop conversations that may still be going on? For example I just saw this thread and wanted to ask a question in said thread but can't now because it's closed. There's no real reason it feels that any of these are being closed besides people feeling the conversations are over. However what if like in my situation, someone wants to keep the thread going but now can't because of it being closed? I feel closing threads really shouldn't happen at all. In all honestly we shouldn't need to.

If you go back and look at the first poll you can tell that it was even for keeping them and getting rid of down votes. How is it that a second poll that not many people voted on gets more attention than the first poll?

I understand there has been polls however none were done by staff and none were "official." I feel there should be an official post and poll done to decided. I also still feel it's very unfair to be able to upvote but not downvote. Why should we only have one but not the other? Just because someone feels they were targeted doesn't mean they were, in fact the people complaining seemed to be abusing the system more so than the accused.

I feel like this is a perfect explanation of how I feel. I find it very ridiculous still no matter what anyone says. Plus on top of everything this poll was made by a user and no one knew if it was going to be put into affect and many people didn't vote at all. Could we get a more official vote for an accurate count of what the community wants instead of people following a certain "click".

It's ridiculous that you can only up vote and not down vote. My main issue with it is if I disagree with something I can't down vote it but if I agree I can. Disabling down votes is fixing an issue that wasn't an issue to begin with. There's no reason to have them disabled but you shouldn't just pick one side and disable only down votes.

We need to ether have up votes and down votes or nothing at all. If we can only up vote something it makes the community have a false sense of how people feel, it doesn't show both sides but only one. Discuss?

I feel like you think everything is an attack and you take things way to seriously. One of the huge issues with your attitude and the way you respond to things is you take it out of proportion. I feel like this is one of the main issues that causes these threads to get off topic and out of control.

Can I ask one simple question? If this is a community based server how is it that every time anyone brings anything up we get crap every time?

I feel like it's a great idea. I would like to see something like that for both the forums and mumble. Have people get together and allow people to vent and let them know what they feel is going on and needs to be changed.

I agree with you. Sad thing is it doesn't feel like it happens at all.

I find it odd that anytime people have ideas, everyone is instantly shutdown. It's not good for a community to speak up and instantly told no and made feel like your opinion is worthless for a community you're apart of.

I feel like there should be a better way for people to apply for mod or atleast have more transparency. It feels like only the people that are liked by staff get through and if someone has a problem with them then they would never have a chance.
