maybe another good idea would be to do something like have timed ban expiry for first infractions, and require appeals for repeat offenders and/or more severe offences.
Maybe something like getting banned 3 times for griefing would require them to go through an appeal?
This is, of course, speaking specifically for *griefing* incidents
I think I mentioned something similar to this before.
