totemo
I sent a pull request for kitchensink to add this code. However, it'd need to be discussed among whoever makes decisions if this is something we want done before its enabled. That would be a sad min policy decision to un-nerf health in the first instance. If they're happy, we'll merge the code.
Four_Down
IMO (this is based off no testing), the best solution would be 1.5 Health Potions, 1.5 Strength and 1.6 Regens. That may balance fights a little more, because in 1.5, fights were annoyingly long, and get boring really quickly, with that set up, I think fights would be quicker, and would require a small amount of skill to kill your attacker. But again, this is based off no actual testing, just me brainstorming.

TornadoHorse
I think Dr Draykhar and totebro fiddled around with potions a bit recently, possibly changing healths and strengths back to 1.5 effects. I can't recall the conversation too well so confirmation from either would be great. I haven't used potions a lot this new revision, but I agree that if potions could be edited a little to make protection IV fights last around 5 minutes that would be ideal.
