I think it would be nice if we could reverse any +/- rep given, but I still don't mind the system as it is. They're still "meaningless internet points", but at least this way it makes people think about what they're doing before the just mindlessly click the button. Plus, people can see who is downvoting them, and I find the lack of anonymous post brigading a refreshing change of pace.

It's pointless to add an "agree" button, it would serve the exact same function as the damn arrows. People are upset because they don't like getting disagreed with, and the arrows do nothing but visually show whether or not your post is well liked. Personally, I read every thing on here, regardless of whether or not it's in the red or the green. IF the arrows were to there hide posts or get members banned then of course I would be in favor of having them removed, but of course that's not the case. Rather than "spamming" posts to say you agree with someone, a rep system allows you to show support without distracting from the main discussion. It's been a staple of forums for literally DECADES.

Good luck getting a factions server to run, the damn servers can barely handle what we have already. I can't image the lag we'd get if we changed.

Heyo. My old appeal to get unbanned from mumble is buried somewhere in the archives so I was asked by JohnAdams to make a new one over here. Previously I had only asked to be unbanned on mumble because I wanted to devote more of my time to the ending of the school year. Now that all of that business is over with, I'd like to ask to be unbanned in game as well. Thanks for your time, Jauris.

Well, I let my subscription end 2 months ago. I have a few characters on a couple different servers, but my druid is Jauris on Exodar. Horde.

It's not short for anything. It was a random name I chose when I started playing EQ way back when, and it stuck through WoW and beyond.
