What size of maze?
Do we have flag area walls selected officially so we can start duplicating a design? -
You destroyed 66 workbenches, 20 melons, 10 furnaces you didn't create. You "smithy" is made from 314 gold blocks. Looking into the logs in more detail it appears you were greifed, didn't report it, and attempted to correct the damage yourself. Remember, you are never allowed to destroy another player's build without their permission.
You have been unbanned, but please understand that you should report all greif in the future with /modreq. That way we can quickly correct it, and more easily apprehend the parties responsible.

I would be interested in a moving spawn. Rather than having the map periodically expand outwards I think it would be interesting to have it expand linearly and the spawn should move with it. Or rather a new spawn should be created with every move and the previous one will become a warp. This will prevent the area around spawn from being stagnant over a revision. What do you think? Upvote if you support this idea. If you think I'm off my rocker downvote. If you have a better idea, or way to improve it make a new post and i promise I'll read it.

There is concern that user's use the buttons rather than engaging in conversation. I would posit that such "shy" users would still not voice an opinion if you took away their current outlet for involvement, further alienating them.
My earlier point still stands that even vocal users will not feel the need to repeat an already stated point, and the buttons give an uncluttered method to showing support.

I would like a clear explanation of the use of this system. From my perspective it simply gives petiole an easy way to agree or disagree with a statement without needing to clutter the forum with terse responses that would need to be collaged by the person interested.
I'd like it if each user's name had their "score" (=upvotes-downvotes), much like eBay's seller system, instead of having to open each user's profile.

I second this event. I think this needs to happen within a month or two, instead of waiting 6 months between events.

So here is my rough draft of a outer base wall. It's 93 blocks wide at its widest section, and in my opinion should probably be widened. As explained in the album, that can be done easily. I only did one side of the wall, so feel free to go at it with criticisms. I just did this in a couple hours, it's not like I put days of work into this thing.
Can you make a diagonal section of wall? That way we could make this an octagon and more closely fit the circle.

I can confirm that C has a jail. I wish the /jail command worked to send them there instead of having to manually teleport people there.

Your suggestion is good, even from my perspective on C where language is tolerated less. A lot of this does happen in the background through PM's, but maybe more can happen. Roll-backs can happen anytime, and it is a good reminder that it is in the interest of keeping good players on the server to make sure we follow a due process they expect in a fairly moderated environment.
On C, I like to make use of the "5 minute ban", otherwise known as our jail, for offenses that are minor. I must admit, my most recently appealed ban resulted from me not using that system and would have been better served by it.

Previously someone mentioned the stalemate that occurred. I propose the following resolution:
The rules should state: Flag bearers are not allowed to enter their base (Protected area.), only the flag capture area.
Modreq could serve to identify the problem, and /thor will resolve it. Simple.

I am also under the assumption that the effect of the exploit is serious enough that we wouldn't just make a notification for item frame placement and make a rule "don't spam item frames".

I'm aware item frames make a server exploit possible. Previously I assumed this was a blanket issue across all servers. However, I've recently seen the frames in use on S, so there must be more to this issue than I'd originally understood. If spamming the items caused the exploit, making the items mod placeable would solve it on C usually, so there must be a reason we haven't done that. So would someone with a technical understanding bring me up to speed (in private on IRC if necessary)?

marting11 is the moderator responsible for banning you, and in most cases will be the moderator that determines whether it is appropriate to unban you after an appropriate amount of time. Please let us know whether your password has been reset since the incident and what you have done so that we can expect your account won't be compromised by keyloggers again in the future.
