SkrapssparkS
I was thinking it'd be a good idea to bring back the thread requesting public support when finding new admins. This has many benefits, it allows the public to get involved over who is incharge of their servers, it also allows the current admins to understand what their server is looking for from the players, and it helps with transparency between the staff and the players. This is just a thought as it isn't a difficult change to apply. Any feedback on this idea would be greatly appreciated.
tobylane
The current admins have considerable plans, and it seems that they get delayed by burnouts and bringing new people up to speed. Other than that setback, yes.
Guest Former Staff
I think this idea worked well in the past, it really helped to get a connection for what the community wanted and to hear concerns raised too. The extra work it would require, such as opening a small announcement topic to inform people that an additional admin for ___ was being sought after, and then relaying feedback received from PMs to a private admin forum was worth it to know that a decision made was shared among the community as a good choice.
