Yes, as in I banned your alt account on chaos. And 5 minutes later you appealed on here with this account. which means you were banned from our servers with this account and you logged in while you were banned with another account, which is ban evasion.

Actually I am going to step in here regarding this ban. KuHZoom, I have reviewed this ban and also saw you edits on the creative server. You were excessively trolling in chat. There are rules located at spawn regarding no religious or political discussions in global chat. You then proceeded to build a cross with the words Korean written on it and a redstone mechanical penis attached to it. This type of behavior is not only against our rules but also very disrespectful. Your ban will last until a month from your ban date. Reappeal on the 14th of December and be sure to reply here stating that you understand the rules and will follow them from here on out.

As this is an almost vanilla chaos server there aren't as many hacking protections as our normal servers. Because of this, the chaos server is only moderated by admins and not moderators. While I don't have any other screenshots due to the fact that I had the chatbox open. thus making screenshots unavailable, I did see you move in a horizontal line, well above the ground, that would not have been possible by jumping. And yes, your legs do move when you fly. It has been like that since flying has been made available in minecraft.

Again I watched you fly for about 25 blocks. The pic that I posted is at the tail end of the flight that I witnessed. This isn't really up for argumentation. If you would like to have an account unbanned I would suggest making an appeal for the other account. This account will remained banned.

You are also an alt account of a player who was banned earlier. Ban evasion means that this account is now permanently banned.

I would probably remove the big "Can I be a mod? NO.." That's a bit to trollish. If we seriously want this to be a legit mod application page, we can't tell them NO right off the bat.
Other than that. I like the rest of the wording.

So, I reworked the page a bit (but it has not been loaded to the actual page yet). Here is a picture of what I came up with using suggestions here. When submitting a name, it still sends to a fun silly page (changing it from ponies to something else), but as mentioned in my earlier post, it will send the player name to the admins. We can use these during brainstorming threads to get new ideas of possible staff members. I feel this new set up is a nice balance between the fun atmosphere we enjoy, while still professional enough to get the job done. I tried to please both sides with this, so please let me know what you think!\
EDIT: Already changed sumbitting to submitting on my end.
Denevien, I would suggest that if you want that page to be taken seriously, then you're going to need to completely redesign it.
The issue with just changing it around a little is that, I'm sure that there are going to be people like me, who click on it and knew what it looked like before and won't bother looking at it closely and notice the difference. They are still going to assume that it's the same old troll page.

Works fine for me. It returned an entire page of results for me. Like Schererererer said, make sure you aren't just searching "This topic" and select forums.

darkelmo, I didn't say that this is the only way we start off doing xray investigations. We have other ways also.
For instance yesterday there were 18 players who mined diamond ore on P. It takes me literally no time at all to check their stone edits for each of those players for yesterday either. For any player in that list that has less than a 2% diamond to
However, For what you say.. you mine 5 diamonds today. It would take you a week just to get 35 diamonds. I can find more than that legitimately in one evening. Normally the point of someone xraying is to gather resources using the least effort possible. That is not the least effort. Pretty sure that 99% of the people who xray aren't going to do it that way.

Darkelmo, are you using just the search bar or are you using the search form too? (the search form is the little gear thing next to the search bar)
And yes, we know that the search on the old forums sucks. It was part of the reason we switched to these new forums.

Anyways. I'm not going to go into anymore specifics because there are so many different ways to check edits that I could be here all night. I believe that your original question has been answered. We don't single anyone out and we have ways to check all the players on the server at once.
TLDR. If you xray, you're going to get caught.

The edits that are returned above are for the last 24 hours. The time period can be tailored as needed.

And you just type in the same for smooth stone to compare with the diamond?
Actually we can then look at a players total amount of edits for each individual kind of block over any period of time we need to.

The account that was banned for xraying will be considered an alt account used for ban evasion and will be permanently banned. The suggestions for the ban lengths would be the following:
for the xraying account, should have been 1 month plus which wouldn't be over until the 19th of December. I would also suggest that a week or so be added on for the original grief and 2 weeks for ban evasion. Which should give him an unban date around the 9th of January. Again, this is just a suggestion. Feel free to set a ban length as you see fit.
