I apologize for the words I said and the people whom I may have hurt in stating them. I admit I DID do that. However I have a had a change of heart and even political ideology way since then. Hi Toothless, Sorry, work's been busy and I haven't found the time until now to respond. I apologize for the delay. I was the one who in the end issued the ban based on discussions we had between the head admins in the recent past and being told that there were additional inappropriate comments being made in voice chat. It was reported that multiple times a staff member said something about your comments in the voice chat shortly after they happened. The unfortunate thing about voice chat is that there are no logs. This includes of the things that were said, the context in which they were said, and the verbal warnings issued to you. We'll try to find a better way to track these things and ensure it is clear to all parties that something was said (or heard) that was inappropriate and a warning was issued. You seem to have agreed the list of incidents you posted previously happened but said that you had not intended them the way they were received. In game I have always seen you being welcoming and respectful towards players and when I have been in voice chat you have similarly been respectful. I'm sure you can be respectful in the future, please confirm and you will be un-banned on discord on the 27th. -pez

5 days, no response. Still don't know who banned me, nor what the proximal cause was. The explanation I was given, an "accumulation of things" to me, warrants a warning first, which wasn't given. Just looking for answers, not for a fight. Like I said, I want to be a part of this community, not an exile.

It is a good thing to be reminded, from time to time, that one should be more mindful of the sensitivities of others, especially if they are friends. Being banned from Discord has reminded me. I recognize that I have, on a few occasions, used words that may offend others, even if my intention was joking. I love this community and don't want to be the cause of anybody else feeling unwelcome or insecure. Thus introspective, I reiterate the first point - it is good to be reminded to be mindful of, and kinder toward others. I appeal for relief of the Discord voice ban. Thank you for your consideration. Separate from by appeal above, I offer the following observations about how this punishment was metered out. It has felt a bit like a witch hunt, with additional indictments being added until there was enough to matter. I had written those out here as they were given to me, but after 2 days of worrying myself sick about when I would be able to talk to my friends again, I decided that portion of this post wasn't the important part. It's what I wrote above that is important. But I would like the Nerd.nu staff to know that this process has been more embarrassing, hurtful, and stressful for me than I believe is intended by Nerd.nu's rules and policies.

Hi Nose64 You were banned for xraying ancient debris in the nether. All of your ancient debris edits were bordering lava and were dug directly to which is an obvious sign of xray. You are responsible for your own account so please ensure it is secure to prevent your brother doing this again. As this is your first offence you will be unbanned 7 days from now. As per our xray policy all of your edits have been rolled back and your inventory/ender chest wiped.

i was repeatedly kicked by the anticheat for the litematica easybuild function. A mod told me that this function upsets the anticheat. At that moment i thought that the problem was with the anticheat not that using this feature in itself was a problem i understand that now and wont use it again in the future
