  1. Are you using 1.7.6 or 1.7.7 because I don't think those are compatible with the server.
  2. Bye My Neighbor Totemo I will miss you.
  3. As tolgar just confirmed that they will ignore everything and they probably will I would just like to point out that tolgar is administration and administration always backs itself.
  4. OK I think I got you all beat. Tri monitors. One computer with one monitor One mac mini with one monitor. Two mac laptops. I would run all the computers in the same room but the desktops make the room very warm.
  5. Zinfab you actually trust a head admin that creates a map location for their city and then tells his/her citizens to get there as soon as possible when a rev. begins?
  6. In regards to zinfab yes the will and they have done so in the past. So I don't expect anything to be changed I just want to point out the hypocrisy.
  7. If you decide to delete this post please delete my account also. This post intends to highlight how MCPublic has become less and less about openness and player involvement. To my knowledge this post breaks no subreddit rules, and should not be removed. before: Server logs publicly available for anyone to read at nerd.nu/logs current: "We decided to have admin logs working with timestamps rather the public logs" ... "This is a rather low priority issue" [1] before: Subreddit moderation log available for anyone to read at nerd.nu/modchat [2] current: No sign of this ever returning. before: Technical details of the publicly-funded servers readily available [3] current: Head Admin wonders why we should pursue openness "just to make it easier for hackers (albiet as well as legit players) to see the plugin list" [4] before: Head Admins elected by popular vote amongst players [5] current: Head Admins chosen by their predecessors; neither mods nor ordinary players have any say. before: Five or more [6] Head Admins at any time, such that decision-making power is distributed. current: Only three Head Admins. We've had at least one unfilled seat for over a year now. before: Highly contentious bans decided by popular vote [7] current: Appeals can be summarily closed by an uninvolved Tech Admin without elaboration [8] before: Moderators nominated and voted on by ordinary players [9] current: Head Admins decide who is nominated. Moderators then hold a vote, but the result of this vote is not binding and the Head Admins sometimes ignore it. before: Moderators given as much power as possible; Head Admins are merely a decision-making council. current: Head Admin seeks to remove all forum moderation power from Moderators [10] I hope this post stimulates a constructive discussion about where our servers are heading. If you decide to delete this post please delete my account also.
  8. Yes, I bought a gun magazine in July. But no I don't own a gun. Covets Jauris's ar-15. And yes I used a credit card like all Americans should.

  10. I have to wait 5 hours for the logs to catch up. I will post them here when they are ready. You logged off three times in combat while fighting buchanman and xThehundreds. This is unacceptable, due to the rule "Using login as a function of PvP is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Logging off while engaged in combat" I will ban you for one week as that is the acceptable ban length for logging off in combat. Please bump your appeal or make another appeal on 7-1-2013. Logging off is different than lagging, the client sends a different message to the server when you lag and get disconnected rather than logging off and getting disconnected.
  11. I'd like to help out with map building.
  12. Please reply with the rule you broke and I'll unban you tomorrow when I wake up. http://imgur.com/buJawpU
  13. Could we get warp signs fixed before the ctf if it happens last time I checked they were broken. They were a very important part of the last ctf.
