Your questions have been answered. You continue to have the offenses of griefing, spamming blocks, homophobic slander, and supporting a well known griefing team through your own actions against you. Anything to add? Please be clear/to the point.

The general principle of moving/removing builds is vaugely regarded as follows: If it's just 10ish blocks, and is clearly in the way of a much larger build, ask a moderator to move/remove it. If it's a large incomplete structure, in the way of another build (which has no other direction to expand in), ask a moderator to move/remove it. If it's either of the above, or anything else that's majorly griefed, destroyed, incomplete, etc etc, or is reallllllly small, if it's out of the logs, a moderator can remove it UNLESS it's a part of the scenery for another build.

Many of us make the effort to be the better man, and to keep a kinder tone when dealing with ban appeals, griefers, trolls, fanboys, etc etc. We'd appreciate it if you would do the same. We'd also like it if you wouldn't stray from the topic. In response to your question regarding the phrase "to no end:" In this context, it's a nice way of shortening "without any constructive purpose, with the sole intent of taking up space which others may potentially use, to create a mess for others to clean up." That itself, is my shortening of all the other reasons you could choose to take up space with malicious (not quite the word, but you get the gist of it) intent. Please take your ban appeal seriously, and kindly refrain from wasting time (either ours or your own).

Just from interpretation of the image, you weren't grinding. You're clearly walking forward, your elevation isn't changing. A normal lag spike that would simulate flying either renders you 2-3 blocks above ground or 1.5 blocks into the ground. This is a distinct 30 block difference, at the very least.

A voting system for bans, in my experience, is incredibly inefficient in an appeal process, and could be problematic. Say it WERE a voting system: there's always the possibility that less mature players (and/or players who just plain don't like the player in question) would vote negatively towards an otherwise potentially innocent player, causing them to be denied. I personally believe that our current system for appeals, where it is handled primarily by the staff member who issued the ban, with occassional input from relevant parties, is the best method for appeals. This isn't meant to convey "oh, the community's opinion doesn't matter." Rather, it's that the community as a whole often mistakes the facts of the ban, whether it be something as simple as some griefing to a full out DDOS attack. Various opinions, hear-say, and subliminal bias would come into play whether it was intended or not, obscuring the relevant points of an appeal.

Regardless of the context you created the sign from, the in-game sign had no adjoining context. On its own, it's an abusive message potentially directed toward a specific person. Waiting for Barlimore to explain his logic for supposedly allowing this to be built.

Mkay, making an adventure map. Not going into detail other than to say it'll be the first of a few. The first will be singleplayer only, the following ones may be multiplayer/pvp, but we'll get to that later. Looking for the following qualities in builders: Worldpainter experience (not needed, but appreciated if had) Comfortable with making unique/semi-unique structures Comfortable with creating background structures (ie builds that are not in the playable area, but are used for depth/realism) Worldedit/VoxelSniper experience (preferred, but not necessary) Able to follow instruction, but knows when to make a good suggestion Able to fully grasp a fictional player's mindset Command block fluent (really need someone for this) Flexible hours Skype abilities, voice only (few other builders have & dont wish to use mumble)(not needed, but would help) This will not be your run of the mill adventure. This series will challenge a player's ability to think for themselves, and distinguish whether they need a map-maker to hold their hand or not. These maps will potentially force a dedicated player off the supposed story line and onto a thrilling adventure. This map will be glorious, and you all have the potential to assist in its uprising.
