  1. if we do give it a time limit, we should make sure that the default of "/mute so&so" is still a toggle mute. The majority of muting plugins i've come across have "/mute so&so" with no time limit specified defaultly have it set to 0 ticks, making the mute inconsequential.
  2. I believe that a track around the 8bit area should be considered its own thing, not an official part of the CTA. Design note: Perfect place to make suspended rails/monorails
  3. Right on, unbanned. Be advised that this is your second ban on our servers, a third will have more serious repercussions.
  4. You're responsible for your own account's security. There is a note on your account about grieifing a player's house in the past, as well as a past ban for griefing on our servers in the past. Based on this, I (personally) doubt that you were hacked. However, willing to give you another shot. Go reset your account's password, maybe update your Mojang account to need your email address instead of just a username. Once you've done that, post back here that you've done so.
  5. The settings for the carto havent been configured to auto-update since their port from the old host. They will be when the techs get time.
  6. Need to make a decision on this: Are we making the tracks suited for realistic trains (meaning two lines of track for each direction), or just singular tracks for minecarts?
  7. Anyone have any idea what's going on with this?
  8. You were banned for making a giant wooden penis, approximately 25-30 blocks long, 7 blocks wide, and down toward the bottom 10-13 blocks wide. Your exact ban message is "NSFW Builds nerd.nu/appeal" You had no other edits besides the giant penis. Thus, you've been banned for creating content that is Not Safe For Work.
  9. Please do not post on behalf of someone else.
  10. Heya rgamer35 Verros is in charge of your ban, being the banning staff member, but just thought I'd pop in to tell you to wait 48 hours before BUMPing your post (Bring Up My Post). You did wait the first 48, this's just a reminder to wait another 48 before bumping again.
  11. That's right folks, we'll be having a psuedo-contest on C to determine what kinds of track layouts we'll use for next rev's CTA rail lines! To enter, here's what you've gotta do: Go to c.nerd.nu Warp to "CTA_Contest" Read the guidelines Build in the appropriate area There are no limits to the number of track designs you're allowed to create/submit. There is no limit on space you're allowed to occupy, as long as your build doesn't interfere with someone else's build, or take up an ENORMOUS amount of space. Keep in mind that we aren't looking for a full out rail line, stretching from sea to sea, but a snippet of a larger picture. The one real Rule for the contest is not to make a single line of wool or something of the like & call it a rail line. Derp coasters are not allowed. Make it detailed, or make it somewhere else. There are 3 categories to build within. Allow me to make it clear that you should ONLY build certain track types within their allotted area. If you're unsure as to what goes where, just ask one of us & we'll set you straight. Category One: Above-Ground/Surface Track Designs (YELLOW) Here, we're just looking for surface-level designs. Monorails, subways, gondolas (why?) etc etc should not be built here. Builds of this type should be outlined in Yellow Wool. Category Two: Subterrainean Track Designs (BLUE) Subways are where it's at in this area. Dig down as far as you'd like, just don't dig through anyone elses build! If your build is completely submerged in soil, outline the area it occupies on the surface with Blue Wool. If you want to make your subway design on the surface, that's completely fine, as long as you build a full tunnel around it. Tunnel walls & ceilings, as well as floors should be detailed. Walkways as well as access tunnels and fire escapes should be considered, but are not mandatory. Category Three: Transitional Elevation & Misc (RED) If it doesn't fit into either of the previous sections, put it here. Anything not consistently touching the ground, like monorails, should be put here. Things that change from one height to another should be put here. Telephone poles, power line towers, switching houses, engines, anything relating to rails should be put here. Specifically though, we'll be looking for designs that smoothly transition from one elevation to another, like from underground to surface. That's pretty much it. As far as prizes & stuff goes, all I can promise is that your designs will probably make their way into the next rev's CTA system, in one way or another. Best of luck, ROCKONN
  12. We should seriously try for a realistic railroad this time, suited for real engines & stuff. Think how boss it'd look. If you're wondering about the effort it'd take, it'd only be double whatever we're planning now. nbd.
  13. I've got an area set up for all our rail designs, hoping to get a warp for it. It's currently labeled as "CTA25" under my homes
  14. Why dont we start on some basic rail designs? There's a lot of free room past my cathedral/digivice area
  15. That sounds reasonable. If we were to have the trains run just underneath the surface of the land, in many areas it'd be exposed to the air. we could also do some minor terraforming on the sides of the exposed tunnels to make them seem less pit shaped. The only real issue i'm concerned with is whether they're just lines of wool in the ground. If we DO go above-ground for a lot of them, the tracks should be detailed appropriately. Gravel/wood railbeds & ties. Telephone lines. Power lines. etc etc. Make it REAL.
  16. No more of this above-ground, 5-wide/1-high crap. We go subway system, keep the whole thing at the same relative level. We go detailed. We go fancy. We do it right this time.
  17. Oh right, did Miracles & Reliability last night :P
  18. For those of you who can't remember which is which: Courage: Tai-Agumon/Greymon/SkullGreymon/MetalGreymon/WarGraymon Friendship: Matt-Gabumon/Garurumon/WarGarurumon/MetalGarurumon Love: Sora-Biyomon/Birdramon/Garudamon Knowledge: Izzy-Tentomon/Kabuterimon/MegaKabuterimon Sincerity: Mimi-Palmon/Togemon/Lillymon Reliability: Joe-Gomamon/Ikkakumon/Zudomon Hope: TK-Patamon/Angemon/MagnaAngemon Light: Kari-Gatomon/Angewoman Kindness: Ken Ichijouji-Wormon/Stingmon Miracles: The Golden Digi-Egg
  19. An interesting feature to add, in addition to player mobs & a generic horde of other mobs, is the Blood Moon Mod http://www.curse.com/bukkit-plugins/minecraft/bloodmoon This is the perfect addition to any "impenetrable" defenses. Mobs can break ANY block you specify, instead of just doors. Obsidian crumbles to their might, bedrock lies in shambles. Explosive damage ripples through water, sending shock wave upon shock wave until the opposing structure collapses. The PERFECT addition to any Zombie event
  20. If I remember correctly, you broke open either a large roadway to the west of the spawn, or the border of a pond to the north. As the log shows in the above image, you did not break one-two blocks. You did not try to replace any blocks after breaking them. The actions you took, by your own testimony & by what I observed in-game were clearly deliberate. Cut the stories, the excuses. Appeal truthfully, or not at all. Until then, denied.
