    Is Payday worth a buy?

    Payday 1 is somewhat dated but still hella fun with friends, but at this point in time Payday 2 is by far a better purchase. Updates, vibrant community and whatever else whereas Payday 1 is rather dead - not only that but Payday 1 requires an utter fuckton of time if you want to unlock the simplest items/attachments.

    It's because in the past you've never actually done anything of note with the official Steam group. Not a single gaming tournament or even just a casual gaming event has been held yet we've offered to step in and help which has been met with little response until now.

    I wasn't having a whinge (never heard of that before), or trying to take a chunk out of anyone.  I was saying that the posts are being hidden because they're off topic, no one is being blamed for anything, we're just trying to keep the thread on topic.  And now, pls, if you want to discuss it further, please make a new thread to keep this thread on topic =P

    Huh. Well, yesterday when I tried to get on I just used a spoof username, something like "eeeeeeeeeeeeheeeee" and was apparently banned on that, whereas now for some reason I'm able to get on with a different username. 
    It's all good though, I'm basically unbanned. \o/

    I FUCKING WORKED FUCKING 47 HOURS THIS WEEK MANAGING THREE SEPARATE FUCKING PIZZA RESTAURANTS, ONLY TO BE YELLED AT BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO ASKED ME TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE I BROKE INTO THE FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE REALM WHILE STILL BEING JUST AN ASSISTANT MANAGER(two levels below the first full-time level position).

     

    TO FUCKING TOP THAT OFF, I HAVE 2 JAVA ASSIGNMENTS DUE, SPANNING 8 CHAPTERS(278 TEXTBOOK PAGES) ALL ASSIGNED ON NOVEMBER 27 BOTH DUE ON THE THIRD OF DECEMBER.

     

    ALSO ON THE THIRD MY ENTIRE NEXT SEMESTER TUITION IS DUE FOR THE FOLLOWING SEMESTER... THATS FUCKING $9,425 USD(ONLY CLASS COSTS, NO BOOKS OR OTHER SHIT), AND ITS ENTIRELY PAID FOR BY MY TIME AT THAT PIZZA RESTAURANT I SPOKE OF ABOVE... HOPEFULLY.

     

    I ALSO HAVE 2 C PROGRAMMING ASSIGNMENTS AND 118 DISCRETE MATH MATRICES PROBLEMS DUE ON DECEMBER SECOND BY 8 PM

     

    DO YOU THINK I AM STRESSED? I AM.

     

    AND IT MAKES ME FUCKING ANGRY!

    I think the general verdict should be that merging Survival with PvE wouldn't go down all too well. There's no reason to sacrifice PvE for Survival nor is there a sensible way to make it work. Let's focus on a different idea instead of going around in circles with this.
