dnynumberone
I find this strange. Why can't I delete my account? Can someone else remove it?
nolanater5711
Why would you want to do that?
Guest Former Staff
It's just not how IB Boards set up their forums. Might be worth taking up with them to ask for them to include the option, they are pretty big on considering feedback.
Abitcat
The way to delete a IPBoard Account is to, well, have a moderator do that for you. ain't that fun? Still, this is really how IPBoard was built (or somehow, beats me at this point) and you can't really do it without mod assistance. I tried. coolgamerovr90
I know with XenForo there is an addon that allows users to change their forum username and delete their account, I wonder if the same exists for IPBoard
Zaliek
If people deleted their accounts what does it do with their posts? Do we have threads where people are talking to themselves?

I'm not finding any useful documentation for this with the support website but it could either remove all their content or it'll show the poster as 'guest', possibly.
