Hey, I originally banned you for Xray on February 2nd, which would have been a month long ban if you had appealed then. The problem is you logged on an alternate account on the 4th, and played until the 19th, when it was also banned. Ban evasion is also against the rules on our servers, and as a result, the alt will be permanently banned. As for your ban length, I'm setting it at 1 month, and 2 weeks from the ban date of the alternate account. 1 month for the original xray ban, and 2 additional weeks for ban evasion. I hope this will serve as a good warning with regards to the seriousness of our rules. Original xray screenshots;

Most of your mining tunnels were systematic, but the examples I have brought forward have strayed from that style, for no reason, and hitting a valuable ore. You were not just lucky once, but on 3 separate occasions, which in the grand total of how much you have mined, is quite a bit. As for the "ore algorithms", this map is completely custom and all the ores are not where they're supposed to be. After doing some arms reach tunnels, you decide to go further here for the diamond. And here for the gold, under lava. We do not take player activity length into consideration when banning for this, everyone is considered the same if they xray. I have had others look into this aswell, and they have agreed with my judgement on this matter. The inconsistencies do not make any sense, and after getting lucky too many times, it resulted in this ban. You are banned for one month, please read the rules and appeal on March 12th to be unbanned.

I also agree with what Torn just said, we don't need an appeal section for notes, it just would feel silly. We shouldn't go removing notes all easily. They have to deserve them being removed. A time limit would be different for so many people, some players who've had notes for a year still deserve to have those notes.

I agree removing notes should be up to the moderator who issued it, or a head admin if the moderator is no longer active/staff.

The reasoning for your ban were these ores here, completely hidden, but dug to from a random, non-related tunnel. Any explanation for happening upon these?

Thanks for coming clean, X-ray is never allowed on our servers, as stated in the rules at spawn/wiki. You are banned for one month. Please re-appeal on March 05, 2014 to be unbanned. Also I'd suggest reading the rules in the meantime. Obligatory screenshots;

Sorry for not elaborating! I was on my way out while doing this. 1, 4, 5, 6 I chose to take the smaller rooms due to them being the most bland/ small spawns on P.
