I was told that we need to explain why we disagree rather than just downvoting people. which is why we are all now expressing massive levels of rage in the forums. meanwhile Upvotes remained because they absolutely don't care if we agree and have something to say. but honestly... If I'm only allowed to agree on 10 things per day, then it seems utterly pointless. just cut the system all together. it's pointless, it's broken, it's unnecessary, it detracts from potentially good conversation, it really only creates drama just as downvotes did. 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It removes the distractions which, while adding weight, don't add substance. If we had too many to use a day it doesn't add any weight.
