A sadmin could add a [server] alert that /rulebook can be ran to get the rulebook back again

^ Even some PAdmins come on to S to check out the new map and play for a bit. Don't worry, P isn't dead and isn't going to be dead anytime soon, P is usually the server with the most people on it anyway.

This would became good question for Deaygo, he has root access to the box and can install murmur 1.2.4. I'm still glad we are using 1.2.3 because I have heard about some issues and annoying bugs with it, and overall think 1.2.3 is better

When I first joined the new S rev, I was killed immediately and wasn't able to take a look at the rule book at all. I think we should add a command like /rulebook or /rules that would give us the rule book again so we can read it or take another look at it if necessary

You could only see through lava when you were under it while swimming, I have to use fire pots but didn't mind it as long as I could see right through it legitly, and 3/4ths of the time I did indeed find diamonds, now I can't get it to enable or force enable it anymore since that OptiFine update back in 1.5.2

I being greatly curious about these things would like to know too, I find it interesting to look at and see how much money you guys have to pay to run a server like this and how much donations really help keep the servers running

Sadly, This feature is no longer available in OptiFine, I tried everything in my power I can do to get it back into my client, but failed. This shouldn't be a problem anymore as that functionality has been removed from the modJust in case anyone is wondering why I am replying to such an old post, I saw it linked in the main bulletin post with all the survival related topics that Tharine just posted recently

I would like Votifier on the servers, but ONLY to send a notification in chat, absolutely NO free diamonds or XP, that takes away the point of the game, having a notification in chat is nice, but we don't need people getting free diamonds or XP

I'm not the best at giving advice, but the first thing I would do is start gathering materials, I usually have my house close to spawn but go very far away to gather materials on the first day. I would also claim your land, It's best to do that first, then gather materials. Once you have that all set and done, I would start building my house. I seem to have a hard time finding glowstone to use as a light source, so it probably would be best to try and get to the nether as soon as possible before all those resources are gone. Once your house is done and all good, I would get some good PvP gear and explore the map a little. I would set up an easy accessible mine from in the house, and maybe even a grinder too if your into that. As soon as I step outside my door there are always people waiting to fight me and hopefully succeed in doing so. When you head out on the roads I would be prepared for anything to happen.

I have had the same issue, I resolved it by completely shutting down Minecraft [javaw.exe] and restarting it It may be something to do with the server wrapper, how the server responds to the client, or something else

I asked totemo if he was going to update Minecraft Overviewer on the Nerd.Nu box, and he said it was one of the things to get done

Today I joined S and was at spawn, as I was trying to leave I saw that all 4 sides of the spawn were completely covered in lava. I can't leave spawn, I made a /modreq but don't think that anyone is going to see it because it is chaos, and I haven't seen any moderators on yet.

This happened to me earlier, just keep trying
