Please help me in welcoming our new creative admin, Diamond_Lover123, and head admin, schererererer! Diamond_Lover123 will be joining the cadmin team with jchance, marting11, and LetsBFehr! He started playing on the servers during Creative rev 12 and has been helping out as a moderator since rev 25. You might know him for one of his many giant ponies on C, Cornerstone from rev 24, or Soleil from rev 25! Schererererer will be joining Cyoite911, draykhar, Dumbo52, thrawn21, and myself as a head Admin! He has been helping out as a moderator since February 2011 and has helped out as a PvE admin from July 2011 to March 2012 and since August 2014! You may recognize him for running the uberprojects in rev 6 and 12 or being a mayor of Brom! Both of these people will bring a lot of experience, ideas, and a new perspective to the admin teams they are joining, and I look forward to working with both of them!

Hello Poppyspy, I'm sorry that it the no xray rule was not clear enough for you. The padmins have created a list of allowed mods on PvE, so this should clear up any confusion about what mods are allowed and not. As for using a glowstone bug to xray, even if you belived it did not fall under the no xray rule, it most definitely falls under the "No use of bugs or exploits" rule. For future reference, it's always better to ask if something is against the rules than to try to interpret the rules yourself.

Hello everyone, let me first say sorry for not keeping you guys update on the status of the second general meeting. Right now we are working on restructuring a few things and, I would like to hold off on having the second general meeting until those things are done.

The account Dunk514 is not banned on our servers. I have unbanned your forum account. Please make sure you follow the rules in game and on the forums.

There are plenty of times when this policy has been enforced, and you are more than welcome to check past appeals to find some examples. The current policy is the one you were banned under and it's still the one we are using. Whether or not you think it's defective is not relevant for this appeal, it is there and we enforce it. You are more that welcome to make a new appeal if the policy changes in the future, but for now your appeal is still denied.

I assumed you knew of all of that in your appeal made a few days ago. However, your choice of words in this second appeal made it seem like you did not know these things.

I was not trying to patronize you at all, and I'm sorry if it came across that way. Given the words you were using and the multiple appeals, it seemed like you were unsure about what the policy says, that it was written down, and how it applied to your accounts, so I attempted to clear those things up for you. I'm not trying to talk down to you. You where banned because you broke a rule, so I'm not sure what more you wanted me to say on that topic because ban appeals are not the place to discus policies. Once again, ban appeals are not the place to discuss policies and there are far easier ways to ask about them.

Hello barneygale, I would first like to say sorry, I was under the impression that you were aware of this long standing policy which can be found at nerd.nu/rules: If you are banned under one account you cannot play on other accounts on the server while the ban is still in effect. If you are caught playing on alt accounts while your main account is banned will result in your alt accounts being permanently banned The two alts you are requesting to have unbanned were used when one of your accounts, barneygale, was banned for unauthorized server access. As a result, the alts accounts were banned under the policy above. I hope this policy explains why your appeal was denied, but if you have any questions or don't understand why the these bans fall under this policy, just let me know and I will try to find you an answer or explain it better. Now like I said in the last appeal, we are discussing alternatives to this policy, but as of right now the policy has not been changed. I would suggest keeping an eye out for any news regarding a change in policy about how alt accounts are banned! One last thing, I would suggest reading up on the rules just to make sure you know them since it seems you were unsure of what this policy says.

Hello barneygale, as I'm sure you know the current policy is that any alt accounts used to evade a ban are permabanned. We are discussing alternatives to this policy. However, as of right now the policy has not been changed, so your appeal is denied.

Not necessarily. There is nothing stoping a good discussion from happening in the thread right now.

Hello dirtyfalcons, we are still discussing your ban and hope to have a decision soon, but in the meantime I was wondering why you did not respond to your last appeal.

Alright, so we are waiting for AlLnAtuRalX for information on what we have spent because the stuff like bills, server, etc. are in his name. He has to keep the funds in separate accounts to avoid fees from paypal which is why it's taking so long to get the information. The servers cost $238 per month, forums cost $25 per 6 months, and redditpublic costs $90 per year. Using this and information from nerd.nu/donate/, we have a minimum amount $1,411 is reserve which is enough to keep the servers running for about 6 more months. Please note that this is only taking into account funds raised in the last 6 months, and we can give an accurate report on our funds once AlLnAtuRalX gets back to us with how much we have spent over the years.

You did not answer the question, you just gave your opinion and contributed to the discussion without that info. Mostly getting exact amount we have spent over the years.

Alright, this is getting absolutely ridiculous. Everyone needs to stop attacking each other, especially in a passive aggressive way, and stop trying to start stuff with each other. There is absolutely no reason there should this amount of conflict between people. Everyone needs to start playing a game they enjoy with others and above all else have at least a little respect for each other, and I'm talking to everyone who is reading this not just those involved in this thread.
