TheRandomnatrix
Sounds good, but do I need mumble for any of the meetings? Meetings almost always happen on Mumble, so yes. You can just use it as a chat client if you don't feel like/can't talk.

Ridiculous
What's stopping the meeting from taking place this weekend?
TornadoHorse
Personally, I don't think we should have this meeting, most of the topics in the agenda could be sorted out with discussion threads. In the past when we've hosted general meetings they have been to inform people of what changes are coming, the big debates never really get a solution. I don't think there's much point in having a general meeting just for the sake of it unless there's anything that is in desperate need of being discussed?

BeastBruiser
Really I see nothing justifying a general meeting, everything I've seen mentioned could be discussed easier , more coherently, and better in forum threads IMHO
barneygale
Most organisations use a combination of long-running discussions on forums/mailing lists/etc, and regular meetings. Can we try holding a 1hr meeting? If nothing useful comes of it, I'll eat a hat. Edited August 26, 2014 by barneygale
Cyotie911
I have no issues with holding a meeting. Hopefully we can get one hammered into the schedule in the near future, if everyone would like one.
Magnyus
I would prefer better discussions on the forums, but if Barney eats a hat, I'll definitely be present at this meeting.

Mrloud15
For clarification, we're having these discussion threads instead of a mumble meeting, correct? No, these discussions are meant to add to a mumble meeting, and hopefully prevent having a meeting that run for hours. I will be posting a date and time once I hear back from some people.
