The wording doesn't matter, but it does mean that we as players don't know who were trusting our votes to. Votes held by players and moderators really should be considered as just 'food for thought', and used for a more official and deciding vote later done by those who are in a position to implement such changes that were votes on.

Out of curiousity, did anyone post this thread to the subreddit so that more p players could see it? Let's face it, most of p uses the subreddit more.

I'm not saying we need it because we're reddit servers. I'm saying it is what brought the forums and subreddit together. Reddit is about user choice, upvotes and downvotes. If we want to call ourselves reddit servers, we should too be about choice, and if I cannot downvote to show my disapproval on something, then why can I upvote to approve of an idea? What if we did the same on the subreddit? Got rid of downvotes. Obviously with how forums are laid out, you cannot have nested comments, but realize we're better off getting rid of them all together so to not cause this only positive support system like facebook has. At that, I am willing to give it a try, lets see what happens, but when our staff seem to think our proper affiliation with minecraft is through reddit, they will not enjoy a single option forum.

Here is something I'd like to point out about this scenario. We claim to be a reddit minecraft server. What does reddit have? Up and Down votes, on every comment I can choose up or down. This feature is what draws the forums and subreddit to a similar stance. If you get rid of one option, get rid of both because we have no business being facebook where we can exclusively support something. It's unnatural, and why people complain to facebook about implementing a dislike button till they get so annoyed that they move to reddit. What if we were to get rid of just the NO option in the modvote? Sure, in all actuality, it means nothing everyone is spoken about prior to the vote, the admins choose who they would be comfortable with... then we are allowed to publicly show whether or not we'd like you to be a staff by saying yes, no, or don't know well enough. But in all seriousness, getting rid of downvotes would be like getting rid of the NO option on the modvote, all candidates would be chosen because there is only one option.

Diznatch: Everyone from player to head admin was invited to vote on this as it is a vote open to the community. It does not matter if it makes a turn towards identical results to the moderator+ vote, in fact that is a sign to the head admin team that perhaps a vote open to the community is worth looking into since it gives such similar results. It would appear trolling has not happened. and the Community expressed their own opinion on who will be in charge of them.

I do agree with Barlimore on this matter, lengthy revisions give time for things to happen. Notice eehee, when we visit old revisions, many things look derpy. The only thing that has a full presence is the cta, and that is mostly because cardinal roads made it easy to design and the abundance of users makes it a speedy build. When we look at Rev 24,25,26 everything had a bit more creativity to it. But I do agree to an extent that we are letting our revisions last a bit too long... we were dying for Rev 24 to end, and once again this is happening with revision 26. But the delay for a new map lay on the fact that we've made it more and more complex to make maps for c since then... world painting, extremely intricate spawns, a planned spawn region, several planned sub-areas. Maybe we should do a map with a very minimal spawn, and minimal sub areas, and no spawn city for tests with a shorter revision? It would make the Cadmins less stressed for it.

Just going to put this out there, but like now, head admins have a, final say, and we will likely have a restriction of how we vote to avoid the obvious forum account spoofing that would occur.

At this time, it is also quite useful to note, many users experienced an extreme lag spike, resulting in many players being kicked and those who remained had an insane rubberband problem

I was called onto survival to deal with some players, including one who claims to be a long time player saying they had been trapped in a prison due to the prison pearls mod. They were confused and asking me if such things are even allowed, they felt it was a way to utterly ruin their time on the servers. I was not sure what the proper action to take was, since I am obviously not that frequently on Survival, however I was the only moderator present at the time. after much consideration, and the fact that the player themselves was getting so disgusted with it that they practically wanted to leave the server and not return unless the plugin was removed. I made an executive decision to free the player simply tp'ing them up out of the obsidian prison they were placed in. I later talked to troop about it as the people who built the prison were bringing more players (including one of their own alts(which I was not aware of when I tp'd them up) Troop came on and saved one of the players after observing the situation for himself, and I later brought the third player up and out after they returned (unknown that they were in fact an alt account of one of the prison creators. I was asked by a crew of people whom I have not seen on S before to stop going players an unfair advantage then one of the prison builders links a screenshot of the third trapped players chat logs. Upon personal observation, this prison system, even if its as short as 20 minutes(max time I let the first player sit in it) seems like such an incredibly good way to loose players that I am shocked we have it installed. I may not play on our realism servers a lot, but I've been on many before and if enemy players had the ability to do this to me, I myself wouldn't return again. Tell me, how is it acceptable to trap players in this? But I personally don't think it is at all fair, fun, or welcoming to players new and old alike. and especially when players desire to leave our community because of it.
