What type of pizza was it?

Tonight in mumble a bunch of us got together and decided to play some TF2 and it was a blast! I hope this can become a regular thing and is exactly what we need more of! Between 10 engineer MvM to dancing to the conga over dead bodies we had a awesome time! Here's some screenshots of some of the stuff we did: Click Me! I agree but there is a lot we will need to figure out for that. Such as, do we use current donation money? Is there enough donation money? Should we be running more donation drives if there is not enough money? Who would staff the server, current staff or..? What game would we host for? Etc...

NC Scum! Know your place in this world and bow down to the TR, your precious freedom is no match for us. (I play TR on Connery as SwitchView, I know who I plan on killing now) The steam group is such a mess because we have no one really leading it or coordinating what is going on. Sure we can ask to be a mod on there so that we can add events but there is no one person going "We are making Friday Nights TF2 Night or F2P Game Night" or something like that. We need some sort of leader to oversee everything. I don't know if that should be a staff member or just someone from the community, as I don't know how the admins feel about making non-staff members group admins/mods on there. Something needs to be done though to make it better.

If I may ask, what is the point in keeping them on there? They are no longer on staff (some not for a long time) and they are not providing anything to the subreddit in terms of moderation (and some not even in content). It seems that they are just on there "to be on there". I see no point in keeping them on there. If they were helping out in moderation occasionally (such as flairing posts/removing spam) or commenting on things sent to ModMail then I see no need to remove them. It's like keeping someone's forum perms as a Moderator after they leave, they can still see all the discussions taking place and moderation that we do yet haven't been involved in a long time. What's the point of keeping them there?

I agree with everything everyone has said above. Something else I'd like to throw in to this discussion though is our massive list of moderators on the subreddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/mcpublic/about/moderators There is a huge number of moderators that no longer play and/or are no longer on staff yet remain moderators on the subreddit. Would it be possible to do a clean up of moderators there?
